31 Day Challenge - Relate With God

Let's talk about what it really means to really connect with God—not as a task to check off, but as a relationship to treasure and savor.

We all get busy, right? Between life, work, and—if you're like Pastor Rob—grandkids, it's easy to fall into routines where our connection with God feels like just another item on the to-do list. Maybe it's a quick devotional in the morning or a desperate prayer when life gets messy. But God is inviting us into so much more—He wants a real, personal, daily relationship with us.

Here's the wildest part: the Creator of the universe is actively pursuing you. Take a moment to really breathe that in. He loves you SO deeply, and it's more than you can even wrap your brain around. In Ephesians 3:17–19, Paul prays that we would grasp how wide, long, high, and deep the love of Christ is. That love is unfailing—never-ending, unshakable, and always there to lift, comfort, and empower you.

This relationship isn't about religious performance. Fun fact: God actually HATES religion. It's not about how many devotionals you complete or how long your prayers are. It's about loving God.

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength" (Mark 12:30).

It's an all-in kind of love. And the beautiful thing? God went all in for you first. Let's take time every day to grow in this relationship. Don't put up a zero.

Pray With Us!

Lord, thank You for loving us with an unfailing love. We want to love you like that! Teach us to love You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Help us to see every day as a new opportunity to grow closer to You. Thank You for pursuing us relentlessly and for always being faithful. Amen.

Let's Reflect:

How do you currently relate to God daily, and where do you see room for growth? What does it mean to you to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength? How can you prioritize time with God amidst the busyness of life?
