Who and When | Crossed Paths

You know that feeling when you randomly predict something... and it actually happens? You point at the traffic light and say, "Green… now," and it turns. You text someone you haven't talked to in months—and they text you first. You sink a long putt you had no business making.

And suddenly you're thinking… I should go buy a lottery ticket. Why? Because we get excited when we get one thing right.

Palm Sunday reminds us that God didn't get one thing right... He got everything right. Hundreds of years before Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, it was written down. Not guessed. Not hoped. Declared. And then it happened exactly as promised.

Everything about Jesus wasn't random; it was intentional.

God chose the exact moment in history when the world was most ready. Roads connected cities. Language connected people. Hearts were searching. Prophecies were pointing. This wasn't luck. This was a plan.

If God was that precise and that faithful then… He still is now.

Palm Sunday is the reminder that we're not following a wish, a myth, or a vague hope. We're following a Savior whose life fulfills every promise.

So when doubt creeps in, you don't have to guess your way through faith. You can stand on something certain.

Let's Reflect:

Where in your life have you been treating your faith more like a guess than a certainty? What part of Jesus' story (His life, sacrifice, or resurrection) strengthens your faith the most right now? How can you intentionally prepare your heart this week to fully experience Good Friday and Easter?

Pray With Me!

Jesus, thank You that You are not a maybe... you are certain. Thank You that every promise points to You and every detail of Your life reveals God's faithfulness. Strengthen my faith where it feels weak, and clear away any doubt that clouds my trust in You. Help me walk into this week with anticipation, gratitude, and confidence in who You are.

Amen.
