Easter, So What?
The story of Easter is so much more than what the world has made it. It's a celebration of the most outrageous, incredible claim in human history: Jesus rose from the dead. And we believe it—not just because it sounds inspiring, but because it actually happened.
From Genesis to Revelation, there's a scarlet thread of redemption—God's plan to rescue humanity. That thread led to a rugged cross and an empty tomb. And because Jesus is alive, everything changes.
It means Jesus is who He said He is: the Lamb of God, the Savior of the world. It means His power is real—power to forgive our past, transform our present, and secure our eternal future. The resurrection isn't a symbolic story. It's a living reality that invites us to new life—right here, right now.
So what does that mean for us today? It means that no sin is too big for God's forgiveness. It means that no struggle is too deep for His power. It means that no future is too uncertain when we belong to Him.
If Jesus kept His promise to rise again, you can trust Him to keep every promise He's made to you.
So today, tie that red thread around your heart—because your story is now a part of His. You're covered by His blood, filled with His Spirit, and held in His hands.
Pray With Us!
Jesus, thank You for the cross and the empty tomb. Thank you for the forgiveness that washes over our past, the power that lifts us in the present, and the hope that secures our future. Help us live in the fullness of Your resurrection every day. Amen.
Let's Reflect:
What does the resurrection of Jesus mean to you personally? Where in your life right now do you need to experience the power of the resurrection? How can you live in a way that reflects the hope and victory of Easter?
