We believe in the power of prayer. In a world of trouble, we have experienced God’s comfort, healing, salvation and restoration. That is why we boldly place our confidence in Jesus and the promises written in His Word. Psalm 91:15-16 says, “He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation.”

Prayer for Disaster Victims

Father, according to Your Word in Psalm 34:15, "The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous and Your ears are upon unto our cry." The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but You have promised us life more abundantly in John 10:10. It is written in Joel 2:25 that You will restore the years that the locusts have eaten. Your Word says in Isaiah 58:12 that we will build the old waste places and raise up the foundations for many generations and shall be called "repairers of the breach" and "restorers of paths to dwell in!" Father, release restore and bring peace to those who have lost loved ones, homes, cars and valuables. Your name is Jehovah-Jireh in Genesis 22:14, the God Who will see and provide for our every need. We conceive, and believe to receive the promises of Your Word. Your Word brings hope and expectancy to those we are praying for. Thank you Father for Your comfort, peace and restoration that overcomes any devastation, in Jesus' mighty name, amen!

PRAYER REQUEST AROUND THE GLOBE

  • Relief from the famine in Somalia.  The people of Somalia would be able to get to Dadaab Refuge Camps safely and protected from attacks by bandits and pirates.   
  • Continue to heal the people of Oslo, Norway where a bomb went off Friday, July 22.
  • Flooding around Love Botswana: trenches and pits that have been dug to redirect flooding would keep water off of campus. Flooding surges seem to happen each day around 4-5am. Pray for protection of life and property; as well as the hope of Jesus Christ that Love Botswana brings to Africa. Click here for updates. 
  • Iranian Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani would not be executed for his faith in Jesus Christ; but will live and not die and declare the works of the Lord in Iran.
  • Caleb House Haiti: Danita and her team would remain healthy and have favor with God and man as they impact the lives of Haiti’s next generation. God would open the door for every construction and business transaction. The children of Haiti would experience God’s salvation and restoration.
  • Caleb Place Botswana: Jerry and Jana Lackey & their team as they love orphans living with HIV/Aids. Physical, emotional and spiritual healing for children who have been left to die in various locations. Wisdom, hope and deliverance for adults who are engaging in promiscuous behavior, and restoration for the people of this beautiful nation!
  • Caleb Club Poland: Pastors Tomasz and Asia Kmiecik and the team that provides an environment of grace that feeds Poland’s children spiritually and nutritionally.
  • Caleb House Watoto South Africa: Ezekiel 22:30 says, “I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap”. Something amazing is being birthed in South Africa. Join us in intercession and stayed tuned for details. 
  • Rain for Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.
  • All first responders in natural disasters would be safe and have eyes to see beyond the natural.
  • People affected by natural disasters and tragedy would experience God’s security and hope in the midst of crisis.
  • Continued emotional healing for community of Joplin during the rebuilding phase. God would minister hope in the midst of grief. The event is over - but the process of rebuilding is just starting and the community needs the hope and comfort of Holy Spirit to work through it. 
  • People affected by flooding in North Dakota and surrounding communities.
