TBP 2011 Acting Rehearsal Schedule

There will be weekly communication by email and updates with reminders to keep everyone "in the know".  Feedback is welcomed. 

No rehearsal on November 27th. 

Dec 2nd - Dress Rehearsal @ 5:00 p.m. 

Dec 3rd - Be here at 5:00pm. Performance @ 7:00 pm.

Hello TBP Families - Updates, ROUND 2! Please read top to bottom, lots of new info!!

Choir Music to Practice at Home:
• Songs to focus on this week for 10/9 Rehearsal (but still practice all):
• 1) O Little Town of Bethlehem/O Come, Little Children
• 2) Deck the Stalls
• 3) Angels We Have Heard on High (listed as Overture on the website..start at 1min 30sec)
• 4) How Great Our Joy/Joy To The World
At Home Music Practice Reminders:
• Practice for 15 minutes everyday
• Songs located at www.crazeworshipcrew.com under "Christmas Musical" tab.
• Allow a little time for the songs to upload.
• Refresh the page if you are having difficulty getting the songs to play.
Acting Rehearsal for 10/9 and Home Reminders:
• 10/9 Rehearsal is 4:00-4:45, and will include *Come Thou Long Expected Jesus, Scene 5
• 10/9 Rehearsal Cast is: ALL SK, Gabriel, Angel 1 (Avery M, Bailey F, Faith D, Matthew L, Jennifer S, Lizzie J, Ashley F, James J, Angelique F, Jescenya C, Grace D, Princess G)
• At Home - Review and Practice all your scenes!
CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL REMINDER:
• ARRIVE AT 2:45 so practice can start right at 3:00 w/o interruptions
• CHECK-IN AT MAIN CROSSOVER COUNTER: Use the side doors (b/w the two buildings)
• Kids are to go immediately to the hallway to the right of the Command Center.
PICK-UP REMINDER:
• Pick-up by the bathrooms on the top floor.
• Security Sticker needed - Please!
ATTENDANCE:

• Choir Members are allowed 2 absences
• Lead Roles are allowed 1 absence
• Additional abscences must be discussed with Sarah Hernandez

• Reminder about the $10 t-shirt fee and online registration.
